Our experienced, professional staff provides thorough evaluation and tailored treatment for all muscular & skeletal injuries & conditions including patellofemoral (knee) pain, shin splints, low back and neck pain, plantar fasciitis, iliotibial band syndrome, bursitis, rotator cuff injuries, headaches and muscular strains. We provide sports rehabilitation after serious injury or surgery, including ACL repairs. We treat athletes and non-athletes of all ages.

The knowledgeable staff at ActiveLife has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of sports-related injuries and in promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.

Active Life Physiotherapy & Massage Clinic's director is the team physiotherapist for the Weeks Junior A Crushers and clinic staff are associated with the running, rugby, hockey and highland dancing communities and the Special Olympics. We have proudly supported numerous community sporting events including the "Johnny Miles Marathon" .
