Active Life Physiotherapy & Massage Clinic's mission is to provide excellence in sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation services to Pictou County. ActiveLife was established in 2002 and rapidly developed a solid reputation for effective physiotherapy, massage therapy and pedorthic services. Our multi-disciplinary clinic offers professionalism in a relaxed environment, with private treatment rooms and convenient hours, including early mornings and evenings.

Our experienced, professional staff provides thorough evaluation and tailored treatment for all muscular & skeletal injuries & conditions including patellofemoral (knee) pain, shin splints, low back and neck pain, plantar fasciitis, iliotibial band syndrome, bursitis, rotator cuff injuries, headaches and muscular strains. We provide sports rehabilitation after serious injury or surgery, including ACL repairs. We treat athletes and non-athletes of all ages.

The knowledgeable staff at ActiveLife has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of sports-related injuries and in promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
